The show focuses on the life of Balachandran Thampi, a man in his forties, who is the chief of the Choudhary clan. His family consists of his wife, Neelima, and their five children.
In the show, Thampi is a successful businessman who runs his own company and has a happy family. However, his life is turned around when he loses his money and his wife leaves him.
